In our orthodontic specialist dental practice, Dr. Krause & Colleagues, we use an intraoral scanner (3Shape TRIOS®) for diagnostic purposes to digitally capture your jaw situation. Based on the data obtained, we develop jaw models and braces, which are later manufactured with a 3D printer. Thanks to digital impressions of your jaw, we can eliminate the conventional method using impression trays and materials. The scans are faster and more accurate than traditional impression techniques.

Afterward, we can immediately explain the scan to you digitally and simulate your potential treatment results, which we will send to you by email. This approach allows us to track your dental situation over an extended period and, if necessary, take orthodontic measures to correct tooth and jaw misalignments. Additionally, we can design your individual treatment plan in our specialist dental practice for orthodontics in Munich based on these scans.
