Digital Photography

In our specialist dental practice for orthodontics, Dr. Krause & Colleagues in Munich, intraoral and extraoral photos are standardizedly taken at the beginning, during, and at the end of the treatment. We have set up our own photo studio with background lighting and studio flashes to ensure no detail is missed. Intermediate findings are also documented in this manner. To enable comparability and quality control, a special photo status scheme is used. We use and create photos of the face and teeth. The advantage of digital photography is that it allows us to discuss various findings and changes directly with you as the patient. It also makes it clear how the teeth relate to the face.
